2. Order Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled before shipment or processing.
2. Once the order is shipped or processed, cancellation may not be possible.
3. Cancellation requests must be raised through the platform or support team.

🔹 By Seller

1. Sellers reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
2. Stock unavailability
3. Pricing errors
4. Technical issues
5. In such cases, full refund will be processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

1. Product not delivered
2. Wrong product delivered
3. Damaged or defective product received
4. Seller unable to fulfill the order

⚠️ Important:

1. Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Proof (images/videos) may be required.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

2. We are not directly responsible for product quality, delivery, or warranties unless explicitly stated

8. Dispute Resolution

1. Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes mutually
2. FactoriesCart may assist as a mediator
3. Final decision of platform will be considered binding in platform-related matters

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings related to FactoriesCart.com shall be subject to:

👉 Exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Coimbatore (CBE), Tamil Nadu, India

1. No other court shall have jurisdiction
